Downfall, and 32: i would just suggest reading the book, the movie isnt anything special, but thats just my opinion

I love movies that are historically accurate, like The Longest Day, The battle Of Britain, Dambusters, A Bridge Too Far etc. The battle Of The Bulge was great until they spoiled it with almost a comedy sub-plot on the quest for gasoline. I know this was a key goal for the Germans, but the way it was included in the movie kind of spoiled it.

I don't think I saw anyone mention 633 Squadron, that was also a good one, or Memphis Belle.

Saving Private Ryan was a very graphic pretty realistic account of the landings themselves on Omaha Beach. It was as bad as they showed it.

So many good movies to choose from...
